Attention to Detail

As licensed general contractors with a trade specialty in carpentry, we are 20-year specialists in decks, wood fencing, retaining walls, arbors and trellises. We have personally trained each of our crew members to our impeccable standard of workmanship and service. Whether simple or complex, we execute every project with an eye toward professional workmanship and beautiful aesthetic.

Most deck builders are not also licensed general contractors, as we are. Most general contractors will "sub" your job out to another unknown party. We are both general contractors and exterior carpentry specialists. This is all we do, with our own experienced and highly trained crew. If we earn your business, we will execute your project.

Eric and Lisa are as good as builders/contractors get. Period. We hired Superior Decks to rebuild and expand a 850 sq ft Ipé deck. This was a complex project. We live on a steep grade and required five 18" concrete piers to be drilled 25 feet down, a door removal, a roofline retraction, customized powder-coated iron posts, repairing water damage on the house itself, and building to another company's set of drawings.

I honestly can't say enough about how professional their crew was. 8am sharp every day. They worked quickly, consistently, and efficiently. Moreover, their work was exacting and meticulous.

It's been a year since the deck was completed (right on budget), and we are just as thrilled as the day it was finished. We recently brought Superior Decks back to build a 60 ft Ipé fence. Again, they hit it out of the park.
